Floor & Decor – West Des Moines, IA

The work performed for the Floor & Décor project was located in an existing 86000SF space located in a mercantile group building. BCCM was responsible for all interior demolition and partial demolition of the exterior existing canopy. Additionally, work performed included construction of new interior walls, interior finishes, new offices, restrooms, sale/stock fixtures, interior lighting, customer pick-up lobby and bay and infill of existing openings. Exterior work included new entry façade, new canopy, new corner tower, new exterior doors and a new truck well at the loading dock.
