Georgetown Apartments

The Georgetown Apartments located in Little Rock, AR consisted of the complete renovations to multiple building in the complex. Scope of work included removal and replacement staircase stringers, landings, concrete stair treads and railings. Removal and replacement of fascia and roofing on buildings. Soffit Repairs, Remove and replace gutters and downspouts, interior work consisted of replacement of light fixtures, mirrors and shower doors, painting, flooring, new cabinetry and countertops, new kitchen equipment.
